Older and more mature people seem to have a lot of fun. Not only do I say that with age comes wisdom (which would be extremely helpful to avoid those nights that you will regret forever), but it is said that all sorts of things get better with age.
What kind of things? Well, there's wine, cheese ... and now sex.
Yes, it seems that even as we get older, we enjoy sex. So what makes sex much better with age?

I have some married friends who don't enjoy it so often!

So what could be what makes sex so much more enjoyable as you get older?
It seems that as time goes on, all the inhibitions that can hinder us in our youth slowly disappear, or we learn to be a little brave and try new things anyway. It seems that many older people enjoy an active sex life because of this positive attitude.
Not only that, but over time you become more and more confident in what you want. Over the years, you will experiment and try new things, and when you find something you like, you will know about it.
After talking to a friend of mine in his sixties, he said that as he got older, he would stop worrying about what his partner would tell him if he suggested anything to her. tried in bed. She knows what she wants and is not afraid to ask for it, which I think many of us could learn!
Is mature sex different?
Mature sex is no different than any other sex. The only difference is that one or both involved may have that little extra experience.
