These rights apply to both native and non-native escorts.  visiting Romania.  Here are your rights.

   NO WARRANTY, NO ENTRY

  You don't have to answer their questions.  Unless the police suspect that you have committed or witnessed a crime, you do not have to answer any questions.  Refuse politicians.  If the police suspect that you have committed or witnessed a crime, ask them what crime they suspect you have committed before answering any of their questions.

 The only questions you need to answer if you suspect you have committed or witnessed a crime are: your name, address, date and place of birth, and nationality.  You do not have to answer other questions asked by the police.  If you are a migrant, you do not have to answer any questions about your immigration status beyond your nationality.

 If the police did not formally detain you, then they do not have the right to film or photograph you.  If he tries and does this, he politely refuses.  If the police have not formally detained you, then they have no right to take your fingerprints.  If he tries and does this, he politely refuses.

 PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY

 The police cannot take any object from your property without a warrant.  The police do not have the right to search by phone without a warrant.  Don't give them the phone.

 Always ask police officers for their names and badge numbers, they should provide them upon request.  You have the right to film cops if they come to your house, but you must inform them that you are recording them.

  If you believe that the police have information about you, for example, your mobile phone number or address, you can request details about this information by making a request for freedom of information.

  DETENTION RIGHTS

 If the police suspect you of a crime, then they can detain you.  They need to tell you why they are holding you back and explain your rights.  If you are detained, you do not have to answer any questions, except your name, address, date / place of birth and nationality.

 If you are detained, you have the right to access a lawyer as soon as you are detained.  You also have the right to inform another person of your detention. You can be detained for up to 24 hours.  If the police still want to detain you, then they need the permission of a judge.
